Uploading Cards in PDF Format

Joe Bisz Oct 01, 2015 09:49PM EDT

Hello Superior Pod,

Because of the way my cards were designed in Illustrator, exporting them into PNGs degrades their text quality more than exporting into PDF. So I'd rather give you my custom cards for publishing in PDF format instead--in fact, allowing this format is a reason for me to switch from Game Crafter. I see there's a post in your forum from JValent saying that you will also accept PDfs if we "upload your cards in 36 page PDF’s with the first 18 cards the faces and the second 18 cards the backs." Do you have a template or further information on how I can use this process? Lastly, I was wondering if your printer can print higher than 300 DPI (or PPI), or if that is the max. The pdf solution would be much appreciated; thank you!

Joe,

Yes, PDF’s are fine. Go to our template database – http://support.superiorpod.com/customer/en/portal/articles/726246-spod-printing-templates
use the single card template as a guide.

We print 2400 × 2400 DPI. We won’t work with anything larger than 600dpi files.

If you have any questions or require additional information, please feel free to contact me.

Thank you!
